Security
security@tryparity.coVulnerability reports and suspected abuse. Good-faith research is welcome.
Are you a customer of a platform using Parity?
Parity is infrastructure inside someone else’s product. If you placed a trade through a casino, sportsbook or app, that platform — the operator — is who you have an account with, and it is the right place to start.
The operator owns your account and identity, your balance, deposits and withdrawals, identity and KYC checks, your limits, and every responsible-gaming control including self-exclusion, cooling-off and reality checks. Parity cannot see your balance, cannot move your money, cannot change a limit and cannot close or reopen an account. Contact them first, through the support route in their product.
Parity can investigate the catalogue and whether a market should have been offered, the market data and prices we published, a quote we returned, how an order was routed, the order records we hold, and the behaviour of our API or embed. If your operator tells you the problem is on our side, send us what they gave you — a quote or order id, and the market — and we will check it against our own records and say what we find.
The complaints policy sets out the same boundary in full, including what happens when the question really belongs to the venue that authored and settled the market. To raise one here, choose Complaint above.
What we will never ask you for
Parity will never ask for a password, a private key, a seed phrase, or full payment card details — not on this form, not by email, and not by phone. Nobody at Parity needs them to investigate anything, and a message containing them is a message we cannot safely keep. If someone claiming to be Parity asks, tell security@tryparity.co.
Operating state
Ingestion, the catalogue and the database are reported on the status page, which is measured rather than claimed.
